2. Click on the “Sign in” option on the upper right corner
3. Enter your Sign-in ID
4. Click on the “Continue” button to finish your login process

Recover Collector Number

1. Click on the Recover my Sign-in ID link
2. Select the “Recover my collector number” option
3. Enter your Email address, last name, pastel code and date of birth
4. Select an image that you would like to include in the mail that will be sent to you
5. Check the CAPTCHA to verify
6. Click on the “Submit” button

Recover Email

1. Select the “Recover My Email” option
2. Enter your Air Miles collector number, last name, postal code and date of birth
3. Click on the “Continue” button
4. Keep following the rest of instructions to complete your recovery
