Some users create, store, and populate login credentials for a large number of login accounts using password managers (like LastPass or KeePass) or browser settings.
The password manager can automatically fill in your password on the Vault login page if your security policy permits it. Administrators can stop browsers and password managers from remembering and automatically completing the password field on the Vault login page.
Veeva Login With Mobile App
Step 1: Download The Vault Mobile App
If your smartphone satisfies the following minimal specifications, you may download the Vault Mobile app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store®: Android 8.0+ and iOS 14.0+
Users must perform a search for Veeva Vault and choose Get in order to download the program from the Apple App Store®.
Step 2: Log Into The App
- Users can sign in using their username and password if they have a basic Security Profile (username and password).
- Users must input their username and click Next to log in to the Vault Mobile App.
- In order to proceed, users must input their password
Step 3: Set Up Authentication
The next step is to set up the secure authentication Touch ID or Face ID which can be activated on the login screen for iOS devices that allow biometric identification as an optional feature (only available to users of basic security policies).
A passcode must be established the first time a user signs in and then entered again for verification. Users are prompted to activate push notifications after completion. This function alerts users when a favorite document is changed or when someone sends a link to a document.
Users that have a Single Sign On (SSO) Security Profile require their Vault admins to set up an OAuth profile on their authorization servers. In such a situation, when users input their credentials, they will be instantly forwarded to the organization’s identity provider’s login page.
