Bb GBC stands for George Brown College Blackboard and is used to manage the Learning Portal. Take advantage of the Blackboard at George Brown College. Sign in to submit course syllabi, assign and receive assignments, and perform various other activities. You can also use BlackboardGBC to communicate with students online, take quizzes, and get grades.
